CAPT Hardev singh was born in 1914 and expired in 2007 in his own house at making (Rohtak). When he was remembered his old days of childhood, there was no good school in his village. After retired a long service of Army he shared his ideas with whole family Son Ranbir Singh & Grand Son Sunende, Ashok. Being educated they have decided to open a school in his village in own field at Bharan Road and named Arya Public School. Gradually they developed Arya Sr Sec School affiliated with CBSE. Then, after expired in 2007 of capt Hardev Singh his son Ranbir established a trust in lousing memory of Capt. Hardev Singh and upgraded college of Education named CAPT. HARDEV SINGH COLLEGE OF EDUCATION.
1st B.ED session was started in 2008 along with 100 seats and presently 4th session of B.ED is running to follow of motto "Education is womb to tomb". God blessed his soul, Jab Tak Suraj Chand rehega. Capt Hardev Singh ka Nam rehega.
