Rules and Regulations

  • On admission to the course of study, every student submits himself/herself to disciplinary jurisdiction of the college management.
  • Students shall abide by all rules and regulations laid down by the college authorities and amended time to time.
  • Any student found guilty of misconduct, breach of the college rules, misuse or damage of college properties, misbehavior to any teaching or nonteaching staff of the institution or any criminally convicted or any such behavior suspension, rustication or expulsion by the college authorities.
  • Each student must carry his/ her valid college identity card to enter the college premises.
  • Use of mobile phones must carry his/ her valid college identity card to enter the college premises.
  • Use of mobile phones in the college premises is strictly prohibited.
  • It is absolutely essential for a student to attend minimum 75% of lectures as per norms. If a student fails to attend requisites 75% of lectures delivered, his form will not be sent to the University for Annual Examination.
  • Name of the students who will be absent for a long period of over 30 days without any written animation are liable to be struck off the rolls such students may be readmitted against the readmission fee of Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand).
  • Attendance of the students addressed to the principal mute be routed through the Office Superintendent. Direct application will not be entertained.
  • Application for any kind of leave by the students should be duly countersigned by the parents/ guardian of the student.
  • In case of sickness, inform the Principal immediately. A medical certificate from a Medical Officer will have to be submitted to the college office before rejoining the class.
  • In case of loss Identity Card/ Library card etc. a student shall have to make an F.I.R. with the local police station and apply to the Principal with the F.I.R. document for a duplicate which may be issued on payment of Rs.100 (Rupees Hundred) only, for each card.
  • All dues must be cleared in time. No students shall be allowed to appear in any examination conducted by college or university unless he/she has cleared the same.
  • Ragging of students is strictly punishable. Ragging is defined as any willful injury or threat of injury, physical or mental to any fellow student. Ragging also includes willful degrading or humiliating a fellow student (where he/she suffers distress of body, mind or spirit).
  • If it is discovered at any subsequent time that any portion of information/document submitted by the candidate for admission is incorrect or false, he/she shall be removed from the college and fees and other dues paid until the date of such removal shall be forfeited. The college authority may also take any further action against the student and his guardians, if necessary.
  • Students are advised to consult the Notice Board for all sorts of information’s. Ignorance of any fact circulated through any notice for reasons of non-perusal of the notice on the part of any student for whatever grounds shall not entitle him/her to any special treatment.
  • The selection for admission will be cancelled if the selected candidate does not join the college on the stipulated date as fixed up by the counseling board.
  • The rules given herein are only provisional. They may be changed or amended by the College Authority/ Management without prior notice. Candidates cannot make any claim on the basis of information given in the prospectus.
